Ingredients

3/4 c. Crisco
2 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Blend together all but flour and nuts.
Slowly add flour and nuts.
Roll into small 1-inch balls.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while hot (the 1/2 cup listed goes into cookie dough).
