Cookie Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
    1 stick margarine
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place the sugar and flour in a mixing bowl.
    Place the water, oil, margarine and cocoa in a saucepan.
    Bring mixture in saucepan to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Pour cooked mixture over flour and sugar.
    Beat well.
    Add the eggs and buttermilk.
    Add the vanilla; mix well.
    Pour into floured and greased sheet pan, 1/2-inch deep.
    Cook in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Start topping 10 minutes before cake is done.
