Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients into mixing bowl.
Mix together the oil, sugar and eggs and add to dry ingredients.
Blend well.
Add carrots and nuts, stirring to blend.
Bake at 325\u00b0 in a greased and floured 8-inch square pan.
Frost with cream cheese icing.
