Hot Corny Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. molasses
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper, diced
    1 c. corn
    1 c. cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients (dry) in bowl.
    Make well in middle; add next 4 ingredients (wet).
    Beat liquids well; widen strokes to include dry.
    Do not overmix (batter should be lumpy).
    Fold in last 4 ingredients.
    Pour into greased loaf pan or muffin tins. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
