Baked Fish In Herb Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. fish filets or fish steaks
1 cube margarine
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. sliced green onions
Preparation

Bake fish for about 5 minutes.
Put mushrooms and green onions on top.
Melt together in saucepan the margarine, soy sauce, oregano, garlic salt and thyme.
Pour the butter mixture on top of all.
Make sure that the mushrooms are well basted, then bake for about 8 minutes more at 400\u00b0 to 450\u00b0.
If the fish are very thick, add a couple of minutes to baking time before or after pouring on the sauce.
