Easy Tuna Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked 9-inch pie shell
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. chives
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 lb. sliced mushrooms (fresh is best)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Spread tuna over bottom of pie shell. Sprinkle cheese and onion over tuna.
    Top with sliced mushrooms. Beat together eggs, milk, lemon juice and seasonings; pour over tuna mixture.
    Bake on a cookie sheet for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0; bake an additional 12 to 15 minutes or until center is set.
    Crab or shrimp may be substituted for tuna.
    Serves 6.
