Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced thinly
1/4 c. pimento, chopped or in strips (optional)
1 c. celery, sliced very thinly
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix the chicken, almonds, chestnuts, pimentos and celery. Then blend mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine the chicken mixture with the blended ingredients.
Place in a 2-quart casserole dish.
