Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 lb. lean ground meat
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper in a skillet.
Drain off the fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine sauce, soup and milk. Stir in the meat.
Break the tortillas into small pieces.
Put some meat in the casserole dish to cover the bottom.
Alternate meat, tortillas and cheese. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
