Black-Eyed Peas Headliner Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine or butter
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed but not drained
1 chopped onion
10 oz. cottage cheese
4 eggs
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Melt margarine or butter in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Mix together all other ingredients, except Cheddar cheese.
Do not drain broccoli.
Pour batter over margarine or butter.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top of batter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until brown.
