Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken
3 lb. ground beef, drained
1 large diced onion
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. catsup
2 can whole tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 can cream-style corn
1 can English peas
1 can Castlebury's barbecue pork
salt
pepper
Preparation

Cook chicken
and
debone;
cook ground beef and drain. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Saute onions in butter. Combine all
ingredients
in a large container and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. May be frozen.
