Pumpkin Log Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. finely chopped nuts
    1 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
    6 oz. cream cheese
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs on high for 5 minutes.
    Gradually beat in sugar. Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.
    In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt.
    Fold in pumpkin mixture.
    Spread into greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan. On top, sprinkle nuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Don't let cool.
    Turn out on dish towel lightly sprinkled with confectioners sugar.
    Turn nut side onto towel.
    Leave until cool.
    Unroll flat.
