Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    1 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine peanut butter, Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl.
    Beat until well blended. Add egg.
    Beat until blended.
    Combine flour, salt and baking soda.
    Add to creamed mixture at low speed.
    Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
    Flatten slightly with a fork.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes or until beginning to brown.
    Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet before taking off sheet.
    Makes 3 dozen cookies.
