Chicken With Asparagus Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless chicken breasts
    1 to 2 egg whites
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    1 can cream of asparagus soup
    1/3 c. each milk and water
    rice, prepared as directed
Preparation
    Dip chicken in egg whites, then coat with bread crumbs.
    Cook chicken in skillet until tender.
    Add soup, milk and water.
    Serve over rice.
