Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Chicken Cut-Up
    2 Eggs
    1/2 Cup Milk
    Bread Crumbs or Crushed Corn Flakes
    Poultry Seasoning
Preparation
    Beat eggs and milk together.
    Dip pieces of chicken in egg and milk mixture.
    Roll in crumbs.
    Place in well greased baking dish using butter or oleo.
    Salt to taste.
    Sprinkle with poultry seasoning.
    Bake at 325 until meat loosens from bone.
