Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 9 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
    2 to 3 carrots, diced
    6 celery stalks, diced
    2 qt. water
    1 large onion, diced
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    In large kettle, cook vegetables in water until tender. Drain, reserving liquid. Set vegetables aside.
