Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. milk
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
4 c. peaches
sweetener to taste
Preparation

Melt margarine in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
Combine milk, flour and sugar.
Mix thoroughly.
Add to the melted margarine. Add peaches and do not stir.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, if desired.
(Canned or frozen peaches may be substituted for fresh.)
