Mandarin Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 dashes hot pepper sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can (5 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
    1 jar (2 oz.) pimiento strips, drained
Preparation
    Boil shrimp.
    When cool enough to handle, peel and remove tails.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Chill at least 30 minutes.
