Turtles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 bag chocolate bark (4 to 6 sq.)
1 lb. caramel (individually wrapped sq.)
1 1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Melt chocolate in microwave about 90 seconds; stir well. Continue to melt in microwave in 15 second intervals until completely melted, stirring well.
After melted, place on top of boiler of heated water.
Melt caramel in microwave about 1 minute, only enough so that you may stir it.
Do not overheat! Mix caramel and pecans together to form little patties or balls, whichever you prefer.
Using a fork, dip the caramel and pecans into the chocolate and drop on aluminum foil.
Cool completely. Makes about 3 to 4 dozen.
