Fried Ramps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    white ramps
    bacon grease
    salt to taste
    2 or 3 eggs
Preparation
    Pull off outer skin of ramps to clean them.
    Chop ramps fine and fry in an iron skillet in bacon grease, adding salt to taste. When done, break eggs into ramps and scramble them.
    Cook until done.
    For a milder taste, substitute chopped green onions for ramps in this recipe.
