Ingredients

4 c. pecan halves
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg white
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. water
Preparation

Beat egg whites and water until frothy (not stiff). Stir in sugar, salt and cinnamon. Mix well. Add pecans and stir until all are coated and spread on large baking sheet and bake and stir every 15 minutes. When cool, store in airtight container.
So good.
