Pineapple Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg, well beaten
    6 slices bread, cubed
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix pineapple, flour, sugar and egg and pour into casserole. Top with the cubed bread.
    Moisten bread slightly with juices from pineapple mixture without stirring.
    Spoon slid down along side works well.
