Stuffed Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or chuck
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. cooked rice
    2 slices of American or Swiss cheese
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, mix together (with your hands) the first 5 ingredients until you can form it into a big ball.
    Spray Pam or grease a large cooking pan.
    Turn meat onto wax paper or into the pan. Flatten out like a big square burger.
    Spread the cheese along the top of the flattened meat. Spread the rice across the meat and cheese.
    Take both ends of the flattened meat and turn them towards the center.
    Shape it the best you can to cover all rice and cheese with meat.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. If not done, continue cooking until done, checking every 30 minutes.
