Buffet Baked Beans And Franks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large cans baked beans
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1 lb. frankfurters
    1 (No. 2 size) can pineapple chunks
Preparation
    Mix beans, onion, garlic, brown sugar and mustard until blended.
    Split frankfurters lengthwise and fill with pineapple chunks.
    Pour beans into a shallow baking dish.
    Press frankfurters on top of beans.
    Drizzle with bacon drippings.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Serves 6 to 8.
