Corned Beef And Cabbage Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices pumpernickel bread
    1/3 c. mustard-mayo flavored sandwich and salad sauce
    4 green lettuce leaves
    1/4 lb. sliced Swiss cheese
    1/2 lb. sliced corned beef
    1/2 of 16 oz. jar pickled red cabbage, drained
Preparation
    On
    4 slices of pumpernickel bread, spread mustard-mayonnaise sauce.
    Top
    with lettuce, Swiss cheese, corned beef, red
    cabbage and
    remaining
    bread slices.
    Makes 4 main dish servings.
