Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    2 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
    2 c. pecan halves
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    With an electric mixer, beat egg whites until stiff not dry.
    Gradually beat in sugar, vinegar and vanilla; fold in pecans.
    Drop teaspoonful of dough 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until firm. Cookies should remain light.
    Remove from sheet at once.
    Makes about 3 1/2 dozen.
