Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz. each) pkg. strawberries, thawed
    3 c. flour (spoon into cup; no sifting)
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; set aside. Beat eggs.
    Add vegetable oil and walnuts.
    Add beaten eggs, oil and nuts to thawed strawberries with juice.
    Blend this strawberry mixture into the dry ingredients, without beating.
    Blend only with a rubber spatula.
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans (9 1/4 x 5 1/4 x 2 3/4-inch).
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Cool on rack in pan.
    Cool 15 minutes.
    Remove.
    Cut when completely cooled.
