Chicken Hawaiian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken breasts
    1 egg, beaten
    matzo meal
    oil (for browning)
    1 large jar apricot preserves
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can pineapple chunks (optional)
    horseradish to taste
Preparation
    Dip chicken parts in egg, then matzo meal and brown.
    Place on foil-lined baking sheet.
    Mix preserves, horseradish, sugar and salt and heat until bubbly.
    Pour sauce over chicken and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1/2 hour.
    Re-baste.
    Put one pineapple chunk on each breast (optional) and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
