Smoky Beef Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cottage cheese
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. smoked, sliced beef, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation

Beat cottage cheese until fairly smooth.
Add beef, onion, parsley and pepper.
Blend well.
Serve with crisp vegetables such as carrot, green pepper and celery sticks.
