Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large tomatoes, peeled and diced
    1 large cucumber, peeled and diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 c. cold water
    1/4 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 small garlic cloves, crushed
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. fine dry breadcrumbs
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except breadcrumbs.
    Stir well; cover and chill 8 hours.
    Ladle into serving bowl; sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
    Makes about 2 quarts.
