Butter Pecan Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 c. pecans
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Separate eggs and beat whites until foamy.
    Gradually add 1 cup sugar and beat until thick.
    Beat yolks and 1 cup sugar.
    Add Eagle Brand milk.
    Cut up pecans and brown in butter, stirring constantly.
    Add brown sugar; mix egg mixture together and add pecans.
    Stir well or beat mixture thoroughly.
    Pour into freezer and fill with milk.
    Makes 1 gallon.
