Modified Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. plain flour
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    4 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
    1 (6 3/4 oz.) can tuna fish with oil
    1 (9-inch) deep pie shell
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk.
    Add cheeses and tuna fish.
    Pour mixture into pie shell and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
