Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. red potatoes (about 8 medium), quartered
    3 garlic cloves, peeled
    2 Tbsp. butter or stick margarine
    1/2 c. fat-free milk, warmed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place potatoes and garlic in a large saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until the potatoes are very tender. Drain well. Add the butter, milk and salt; mash. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
