Ham And Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. ham, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. ground turkey
    2 eggs or egg whites
    4 slices bread
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can pineapple rings (in own juice)
    2 level Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    1 Tbsp. very finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Chop ham (I use processor); mix with turkey.
    Add onion and eggs; mix well.
    Break bread into pieces; pour milk over it.
    Stir to break up bread, then add to meat.
    Combine well.
    Spray loaf pan.
    Sprinkle brown sugar in bottom; sprinkle pineapple juice over sugar.
    Place 3 pineapple rings over sugar.
    Carefully spoon meat mixture over pineapple.
    Place loaf pan in larger pan with 1 inch water in larger pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Place 3 more pineapple rings on top; bake 15 minutes longer.
    Add more water, if needed.
    To serve, loosen edges and invert loaf onto platter. Serve leftovers cold later.
