Fish Stuffed Bell Pepper(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fillet of fish, grounded
    3 c. chopped green onions
    1 c. chopped parsley
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 c. dry white wine
    2 tsp. chopped garlic
    1 Tbsp. Louisiana hot sauce or 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. chopped pepper
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    8 large bell peppers
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Grind fish or put through food processor.
    Saute onions and parsley in olive oil.
    Add 1 cup wine, chopped garlic, Louisiana hot sauce, soy sauce, salt and chopped pepper.
    Cook until onions and pepper are done or real tender.
    Let cool for a few minutes.
