Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/3 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin (use whole can)
    1 c. salad oil
    2/3 c. water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl; add walnuts. Add eggs, pumpkin, oil and water.
    Blend lightly.
    Pour into 2 greased bread tins and bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Freezes well.
