Enchilada Suisa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. tomatillos
    3 Serrano chiles
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
    oil
    dash of soda
    dash of sugar
    salt and pepper
    White Sauce
    1 c. whipping cream
    grated Jack or Cheddar cheese
    12 corn tortillas
    hot sauce
    2 c. cooked chicken, shredded
    7 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Remove papery husks from tomatillos.
    Wash tomatillos and chiles well.
    Cook, covered, in a little boiling water until tender, about 15 minutes.
    Remove stems and seeds from chiles. Place chiles and drained tomatillos in blender container.
    Add onion, garlic and cilantro and blend until pureed.
