Cream Cheese Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (Philadelphia)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls (pop and serve)
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, separated
Preparation

In 9 x 13-inch pan spread 1 can crescent roll mix.
In separate bowl beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg yolk until creamy.
Spread on the crescent roll mix, then spread second crescent roll on top, pinch all sections together.
Brush egg white on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
Cooking too long dries the squares.
