Barbecued Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. brisket
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation

Place brisket on foil in a large baking pan.
Mix first 5 ingredients together and spoon over both sides of brisket.
Wrap in the foil and marinate overnight.
Sprinkle salt and spoon barbecue sauce over meat in the morning.
Wrap in foil and bake 4 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
