Pecan Pie Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2/3 c. butter, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour, and pecans; set aside.
    Mix melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
    Stir into flour mixture.
    Fill mini muffin pans (makes 2 dozen).
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Remove from pans immediately.
