Big Mama'S Homemade Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. plain flour
    3/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 c. water
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in lukewarm water
Preparation
    Dissolve shortening in hot water.
    Make sure it is cooled a little.
    Add sugar, salt, egg and yeast in lukewarm water.
    Spoon in flour, a little at a time, and let rise overnight.
    Roll out in the morning and bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
