French Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 onions, diced
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Don't brown meat.
    Put all ingredients in a covered dish. Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 3 to 4
    hours.
    Makes its own gravy. Serve over rice or noodles.
