1 small container Cool Whip (4 oz.)
1 egg
1 box lemon cake mix
Preparation

Mix Cool Whip, egg and lemon cake mix together by hand. (Batter is very stiff.)
Roll cookie dough into a log shape and coat lightly with 10x sugar.
Pinch off small pieces of cookie dough (approximately quarter size) and drop in 10x sugar.
Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
