Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks oleo
2 c. sugar
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 eggs
1 c. mashed potatoes
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
1/2 tsp. nutmeg and ginger

Preparation

Combine soft oleo, sugar, mashed potatoes and melted chocolate.
Add eggs.
Combine flour and soda; add to other mixture and add milk.
Add raisins and nuts.
Bake in 2 greased and floured 8-inch round pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Let cool and ice.
