Stewed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium ripe tomato, quartered
    salt and pepper
    sweetener to taste
    1/4 c. tomato juice
    1 oz. white bread, diced
    1 tsp. diet margarine
Preparation
    Place tomato quarters, juice, salt and pepper in small pan. Bring to a boil.
    Simmer until tomatoes begin to soften.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in sweetener, bread and margarine.
    Serve. Equals 1/2 #A limited veggies, lunch bread and 1/6 fat allowance.
