Swedish Meatballs In Sour Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. beef bouillon concentrate
    2 c. bouillon (made from 1 can bouillon and water)
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix together beef, bread crumbs, egg, milk, onion and seasonings.
    Form into small balls.
    Brown meat in oleo.
    Add garlic, beef extract and flour that has been blended in the bouillon.
    Cook over low heat until sauce is thick.
    Just before serving, stir in sour cream.
    Serve with hot buttered noodles.
