Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/4 c. salad oil
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Grease and flour 2 (9 x 5-inch) loaf pans.
In medium bowl, combine thawed strawberries, eggs and oil.
In large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and nuts.
Add strawberry mixture to dry ingredients and stir just until blended.
Pour into pans. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Contains about 195 calories per 1/2-inch slice.
