Garam Masala(Indian Spice Mix) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. whole black peppercorns
4 tsp. cumin seed
2 tsp. whole cloves
1 tsp. coriander seed
1 tsp. whole cardamom seed, pods removed
3-inch broken cinnamon stick
Preparation

In 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan, combine and roast in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
In blender, place roasted spices.
Cover tightly; blend until fine.
Cool and store in covered container.
