Steak And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 large onions (1/2-inch slices into rings)
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained (save liquid)
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    3 c. hot, cooked rice
Preparation
    Cut steak into thin strips.
    In a large skillet, brown meat in oil, on high heat.
    Add onions.
    Saute until crisp.
    Blend soup, liquid from mushrooms and garlic salt.
    Pour over steak.
    Add mushrooms.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour or until steak is tender.
    Serve over beds of fluffy rice.
