Funnel Cake Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Heat oil in pan until hot. Pour batter through a funnel making designs by holding finger partially over funnel hole.
Cook until light brown on both sides. Drain and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
