Potatoes On The Grill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 potato, peeled and sliced
    1/2 onion, sliced
    1 to 2 Tbsp. bacon grease or margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Using heavy duty aluminum foil, use a 12-inch square.
    Place on the foil the potato, onion, grease and salt and pepper.
    Fold edges, overlapping tightly.
    Place on grill.
    Turn occasionally. Check for doneness after 1/2 hour.
